Penetration Tester · Singapore
Security practitioner with a decade in education. I test, I build, and I explain hard things clearly.
About
I spent ten years teaching Economics at junior college level before making a deliberate switch into cybersecurity. That background shapes everything — how I approach problems, how I document findings, and how I explain technical concepts to people who need to act on them.
Currently seconded to a government-linked organisation in Singapore, working in penetration testing. Holds OSCP+, OSED, OSCP, GCIH, and GIAC Advisory Board membership. Pursuing OSEP and BSCP.
Portfolio
A tool-augmented LLM system for iterative student feedback in structured writing tasks. Built to explore practical AI applications in education.
GitHub →Custom tooling and documented research from active security work. Details forthcoming.
Writing
I write about penetration testing, security education, and the experience of switching careers into cybersecurity mid-life. Posts live on a separate blog so the writing can breathe on its own.
